Great to meet you!

I strongly believe in the ability to work challenging life events in honest conversation with a trained professional. My place as your therapist is to understand, guide, and educate but never to apply judgement, give advice, or approach with bias. So, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation with me to talk about how to meet your needs. If I can't help you, I will refer you to those who can.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy and counseling is strength-based it's core, rooted in humanistic, person-centered models, and is trauma-informed. I also draw from acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, I will get a detailed look at your history and collaborate with you on a plan for treatment. I see individuals, families, and couples.

Some of my clients are:

Young adults who are exploring their relationship with their mind, their past, their career, their relationships
