Victoria has many years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing both in-person and remote psychotherapy. She strongly believes in holistic and strengths-based treatment that focuses on overall wellness of the mind and body. She utilizes an eclectic approach of therapeutic techniques that may involve examining your lifestyle, relationships, thought patterns and behaviors to determine what is and is not helping you to live your best life. From there, she will help you build the skills necessary to create meaningful changes in your life.
