Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand that sometimes life gets to "life-ing" and we all need the extra support to hold things together. My experience in this field dates back to 2006 and has afforded me the opportunity to work with trauma survivors, clients struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders as well as children presenting with challenging behaviors. I specialize in working with teens and adults, utilizing a strengths based and client-centered approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide space for clients to explore and challenge patterns within their lives that are no longer serving them. My approach is strengths-based, assisting clients with recognizing that they have what they need to lead gratifying and successful lives. My goal is to establish trusting relationships with all clients so that we may work together to reach their self-identified goals at a pace that is suitable for them.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel heard and their emotions validated in sessions. We will work together to identify and disempower beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that may be hindering them from leading the lives that they desire.
