Great to meet you!

I have provided therapeutic services for over 15 years. I completed my undergraduate at United States International University and my master's at Bethel Seminary/University in San Diego, California. I am a very hopeful personal, and am passionate about supporting others make meaning and live their best life. I understand the challenges of relationship, marriage, and parenting as I am married for 31 years, have 4 adult daughters, and a mainecoon cat.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm and client centered approach by actively and reflectively listening. I am open for feedback, validating and highlighting strengths as sometimes they are covered by the worries and concerns of life. I align and provide therapeutic interventions to support clients to achieve the goals desired. My approach is to establish a space for exploration and growth.
