I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field in various capacities. I have experience in counseling diverse populations of all ages. A philosophy adapted into the nature of my work is that change can occur when commitment exists.

I strive to provide treatment modalities that are fitting to each clients’ needs. Receiving extensive education and formal training in the field of counseling has prepared me in applying treatment interventions that embrace change. Many approaches entangle techniques and thought processes that accompany change to a healthier lifestyle. Common approaches utilized in my work are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Structural Family Therapy (SFT).
