Great to meet you!

I am a passionate mental health professional with over 10 years of working experience supporting mental wellness in community, clinical, and higher education settings. Whether it was serving clients in their homes, in community school programs, or virtually through telehealth platforms, my desire to help the client achieve their goals never changed. I truly believe that therapy can be a powerful tool in help us weather the every day challenges that life sometimes throws our way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach my work holistically by working with my clients to best understand their needs while looking at how their basic needs are being met. My therapy style can best be described as compassionate, caring, and humorous. I appreciate the fact that people are more than the challenges they are experiencing and that there can be a multitude of influences impacting them. For that reason, I work with clients to identify the whole picture, not just what is causing them stress.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to walk away with new skills and potentially new insights regarding their journey. Our work is guided by their goals and it is my mission that each session gets us closer to meeting them.
