I believe deeply in Mindfulness, Solution Focused, CBT, and Trauma Focused interventions. I seek to be your partner in healing by listening, validating, and at times challenging you to dig deeper and tap in to the warrior you truly are.

After 14 years of practice, my primary focus is creating a judgement free safe space for self exploration. My first goal is earning your trust. This is vital to processing trauma, shining light into the shadows, and learning skills to manage your mental health. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma or other mental health struggles I will hold space and share knowledge to support your journey.
