Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience in the field. My journey toward becoming a therapist began in my adolescence, inspired by a close relative's diagnosis of Schizophrenia. Witnessing their challenges and the struggles of others with mental health issues ignited my passion to pursue a career in mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to suit each client's unique needs, crafting individualized plans to address their specific concerns. My primary goal is to empower clients with the skills they need to navigate the challenges of everyday life effectively. Through collaboration and mutual effort, I assist clients in working towards their objectives, fostering a sense of inner peace, and placing their happiness at the forefront.

What you can expect from our first session

In the initial sessions, I prioritize establishing rapport, stressing the importance of cultivating a comfortable and trusting connection between the client and therapist. Together, we explore skills aimed at increasing awareness of unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns that may impact the client's life. Recognizing these patterns serves as a vital step toward making informed choices and embracing healthier behaviors. This process forms the bedrock for meaningful change and personal growth.
