Great to meet you!

For over 19 years I've been in the field of mental health and complex trauma therapy. Top Areas Treated: Complex trauma, chronic people-pleasing, and healing from emotional abuse or bullying (narcissistic abuse)

I also created a music album for healing from complex trauma and narcissistic abuse. It's streaming everywhere you consume music. Info: Tina Rix's album is titled "No Looking Back."

What you can expect from our first session

Why Am I Passionate About the Healing Arts, Deep Rooted Trauma Therapy, Complex Trauma, and Entertainment Industry Coaching?

What led me into this line of work was the past trauma and abuse I faced as a child and adolescent against my own will. In my late teens, I realized I wanted to help others overcome struggles, trauma, losses, and hardships as I navigated through mine and learned how to overcome my own. Schooling: Returning in fall 2023 for Doctoral Program in Marriage and Family Therapy.
