Welcome! I am a Florida-based Psychotherapist. I was born in Chicago and raised in Dublin, Ireland, before moving to sunny Florida. I completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy University and have a Ph.D. (abd) in Clinical Psychology. I am licensed in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

I work with Adults, Adolescents, and Children. My specialties include Trauma (PTSD), Grief, Depression, and Anxiety.

My approach to therapy is collaborative with you. I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist and with many different types of therapies. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. EMDR Therapy is highly effective in resolving traumas, phobias, intrusive memories, depression and anxiety. In addition, I have advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) skills.

I use a secure HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
