Hello, and welcome. I have nearly 8 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Austin Peay State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies, as well as a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Welfare. I have a background in social services, working with women, and working with the military.

I believe counseling and therapy should be a collaborative approach that allows you to explore concepts important to you freely. My background using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, allows me to determine and utilize the best approach to help you reach your goals.
