As a psychotherapist, it is very important to me to create a safe space where you feel seen and understood. I strongly believe that a compassionate relationship is truly healing, empowering people to make changes in their lives, especially in the parts where they feel stuck. It is my aim to work with you with tools that will help you reflect on and process your thoughts and emotions. As we explore these patterns, a more authentic and meaningful life may emerge. My specializations include anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, couples counseling, grief and loss, acculturation and cultural concerns, end of life care, and trauma.
People of color are especially welcome to contact me. I am a psychodynamic oriented psychotherapist and I look closely at how our environment, past experiences, childhood, exposure to trauma, and conscious and unconscious processes, affect us in the present.
My office is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan. Please feel free to reach out for a phone consultation.
