A bit about my approach to therapy

As a neurodivergent (ND) therapist, I believe in helping my clients navigate the difficulties in life by meeting my clients where they are & in a non-judgmental way by utilizing ND affirming care.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize a wide range of treatment modalities that focuses on a person centered approach that helps my clients to connect more to their bodies, to explore and understand how their environments can impact them, help to develop tools to better support their needs, and to provide unconditional support and encouragement. This world wasn't built for us but that doesn't mean we can't thrive with the right tools.

Tatjana's style is

Affirming
Open-minded
Empowering
