Great to meet you!

In my multifaceted life, I play crucial roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Over my professional journey, I've held leadership roles such as Executive Director, Program Director, and Clinical Director, bringing a comprehensive perspective from both inpatient and outpatient mental health roles.

I work with diverse populations and focus on women's issues. I hold degrees in Human Services, Master of Social Work, and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). I'm also certified as a Professional Life Coach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Establishing a positive rapport cannot be overstated. I foster the therapeutic alliance by fostering trust, effective communication, collaboration, addressing resistance, cultural competence, and successful implementation of therapeutic techniques. I prioritize the cultivation of a positive therapeutic alliance and create an environment conducive to growth, healing, and positive transformation. The impact extends beyond sessions, influencing the success and sustainability of the journey.

What you can expect from our first session
