I work primarily with college students and young adults who are looking to alleviate symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress. My work with clients is firmly rooted in evidence based practices and I am an active participant in sessions. Often my clients are looking for concrete ways to help improve their overall wellness as soon as possible. I use strategies that include Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques; my practice is also influenced by my years of work within the field of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I have worked extensively with college students and I am keenly aware of the overwhelming feelings and experiences brought on by college life. My hope is to help my clients process these stressors and gain the skills to manage them.
