Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy can provide a safe space for reflection and growth, and I love supporting people through the process. I graduated from SF State University in 2016 with an MS in Counseling, and have been licensed as an MFT since 2020. In that time I have supported people with mental health and relationship concerns, including: anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, couple therapy, grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a trauma informed, relational, and psychodynamic lens primarily, but also integrate mindfulness and other approaches. I support people in exploring relationship patterns throughout life that have been challenging or supportive, and also ways in which new patterns of relating can offer more ease in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create an environment of safety and connection optimal for growth and healing. My hope is that you leave our meetings with more self acceptance and more connection to your strengths and sense of possibility.
