I earned my MSW 2016, after counseling youthful offenders for 7 years. Since, I have continued to enhance my expertise through training and significant experience working with diverse populations.

I individualize treatment based on each client’s needs and goals, pulling from my professional training of the skills-based approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the mindful techniques of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and the research-based interventions of Gottman Couples Therapy.

I aim for my clients to experience genuine support, find healing, and adopt a fresh perspective on their life as they pursue their individual joy.

A session with me should leave clients feeling listened to, really understood, emotionally supported, and empowered to create and encourage positive charge.
