Great to meet you!

I am a biracial, cisgender, black womxn who takes great pride in my Attachment focused, Feminist theory, acceptance and strengthening approach to treatment. I truly understand the inherited affects of being in environments that are consistently invalidating, minimizing, and harmful. I am also intimately familiar with the work that must be done to repair and recover from such harmful and damaging experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I personally and professionally advocate for IFS, Narrative, DBT and EMDR based interventions. When combining these approaches with psychodynamic reflective listening I find that clients increase their ability to self validate, assert, and embrace their life's experiences free of shame.

What you can expect from our first session

Due to my own personal background paired with my training in Yoga, Ayurveda, Nutrition, EFT Tapping, and so much more, I nurture an environment of growth in my work with my clients because I want you to walk away knowing and feeling you are good enough, strong enough, and cared for.
