Great to meet you!

I am a biracial, cisgender, black womxn who utilizes attachment focused and feminist theories. I truly understand the inherited affects of being in environments that are consistently invalidating, minimizing, and harmful. I am also intimately familiar with the work that must be done to repair and recover from such harmful and damaging experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I personally and professionally advocate for IFS, Narrative, DBT and EMDR based interventions. When combining these approaches with psychodynamic reflective listening I find that clients increase their ability to self validate, assert, and embrace their personal life experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

I am licensed in TX, CA, and CO. Sessions can be in person (Austin, TX) or virtual (TX,CA,CO). Due to my own personal background paired with my training in Yoga, Ayurveda, Nutrition, and so much more, I tend to focus on nurturing an environment of growth so you can confidently do the work to support your mental health, increase your contentment and quality of life and focus on what means most to you in your personal journey.
