Great to meet you!

You've taken the first step toward therapy and I welcome you on your journey. I've been a therapist for almost 15 years, primarily focused on helping those with childhood trauma or surviving a traumatic experience. As a certified EFT (tapping) practitioner and yoga instructor, I integrate various techniques to help my clients find the best tools to self-regulate and successfully process their stress/trauma to move toward a life in finding more peace and joy in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although I believe in a client centered approach, I focus on bringing effective techniques that clients can use to self-regulate. Once clients feel safe and regulated, we dive deeper into their goals and reasons for treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session, will be more inquisitive because this is out time to cover your reasons for therapy and to establish your goals. In future sessions, clients can expect to discover a range of techniques to assist them with regulating their thoughts and emotions. They can expect to be gently confronted at times to stay focused on their goals or other important present day issues and concerns.
