Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor-supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, holding a master's degree in Community Mental Health Counseling, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and meditation teacher through Yoga Alliance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe everyone can lead a happy and fulfilling life. I take an integrative approach by incorporating yoga, meditation, and mindfulness techniques, addressing nutrition and sleep, exploring your connection with nature (eco-therapy) and social support, in conjunction with traditional counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to co-create and help you to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe our professional relationship is built over time, yet I need to gather enough information from you for me to understand where you are on your journey. From there, we co-create your plan on how you would like to achieve your goals. From our first session, you will leave with at least one tool to explore and try out to see if it may be a good fit for you.
