Great to meet you!

I am warm, accepting, and dedicated to providing you a safe and supportive environment where we can collaborate to help you meet your goals. I believe in drawing on your strengths and unique experiences to navigate your journey of growth and positive change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or borderline personality disorder, I can help you overcome these obstacles and build resilience. I'm committed to providing effective, responsive, and person-centered care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a unique experience for each person and as I collaboratively develop a treatment plan with you, it is rooted in evidenced based practices. My aim in a therapy session is to help you make positive change in your life and feel hopeful about the future, empowered with the knowledge that you need in oder to succeed in a judgement free space.

What you can expect from our first session

In your first appointment we will take time to talk about what you are seeking treatment for, what to expect in therapy, identify your needs, develop a plan to achieve your goals and answer any questions you. At the end of therapy session we will determine action steps for the week. This is specifically tailored to address your goals and give you the tools necessary to manage whatever you are currently facing.
