I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual and family counseling to adults. My passion is to help people learn how they can discover happiness and healthy living with the right amount of insight and understanding. I have an interest in working with broken relationships, addictions, past abuse, isolation, and loneliness. I believe that therapy can help overcome feeling fearful and unsure about life's challenges.

I am a very creative and energetic therapist that believes most issues stem from beliefs in ourselves which can lead to emotional outcomes. As a therapist, I truly believe if I can help someone gain insight into their core beliefs then I can better help them achieve an outcome that leads to thriving in life's unique challenges

I believe that my clients first and foremost take away being understood and cared for in a non-judgmental way for where they are currently at in the process. They will then find themselves being challenged and always taking away from therapy opportunities to continue the growth process through designed tools tailored for their success.
