I am a Licensed & Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist with related training in DBT and stress reduction. I’m particularly passionate about helping people dealing with complicated, unhealthy, or violent relationships. I also enjoy working with adolescent and young adult clients, particularly those healing from trauma or coping with anxiety & depression.
