I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting people to beat their anxiety, stress, depression, and a slew of other presenting concerns. I've had the good fortune to work with people from all walks of life. And what I've learned from my experience is that there's way more to therapy than learning and applying skills.
