A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach meaning we will work together on a treatment plan using goals in your words. I use solution-focused techniques which builds on your natural strengths and identifies what works. I have training in Gottman Method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am eclectic in that I tailor interventions to your treatment based on preference and previous experience.
