If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or depressed, you do not have to handle this on your own. I believe therapy is a joint partnership between myself and the client. I am there to support you as you explore your concerns and feelings. There is power in telling your story and am thankful to all of my clients willing to share theirs with me. It is never too late to begin the healing process, or to improve your self-awareness and emotional well being. I tailor all of my counseling techniques to the client before me; there is no one size fits all approach. Let me help you find a better way of coping with stress, worry, or stagnation. We can work together to get you moving forward and living your best life. You are in control of your therapy experience and can go at your own pace. My greatest honor in counseling is helping clients gain awareness, and with it, the choice to choose differently and to change their lives.
