I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC- license #008023) with 5 years of experience working with adults and families in the Rochester community. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. I have spent the last three years in a specialized clinic working with women who have experienced perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to practicing through Four Corners Counseling, I currently work as an infant and early childhood therapist through a local non-profit providing care to children and families impacted by trauma. I have advanced training in both perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and infant mental health. I am passionate about women’s health and believe strongly in providing quality holistic mental health care to enable women (and their families) to get to a place that they feel balanced and well.
I use an integrative approach to therapy that pulls from several different therapeutic modalities (including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered practices, and a strengths based narrative approach) as I believe in the importance of an individualized plan of action.
