It is not always easy to be a human being. We all go through times when we feel lost, lonely, unfulfilled, stuck, confused and overwhelmed by life and our feelings. During these difficult moments it is natural and healthy to want to reach out for help. I provide a dynamic form of psychotherapy incorporating talk therapy with art making, writing, and other creative modalities as they relate to each individual I work with. I practice gestalt therapy which focuses on what is happening in the moment and finding solutions in the present time.
I best help adults who are struggling to balance work and family life, as well as multiple pursuits and interests. My client base includes adults in creative fields such as artists, writers and musicians.
