Great to meet you!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field of social work. I have a wealthy portfolio of experiences working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My specialty interests include anxiety, depression, divorce, stress, family or marital conflict, and grief. My educational background include a Bachelors of Social Work, Masters of Social Work, and a Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology. I look forward to partnering with you to begin the journey toward wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While utilizing various theoretical approaches to help support clients and facilitate the change process, my primary approaches are Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy. It is my belief that our thoughts determine our behavior ,and if we are able to identify and challenge our thoughts, the change process is inevitable.

What you can expect from our first session

Building rapport is paramount to any relationship. It is my goal during our sessions, that as the relationship is built, trust is earned, and your work toward wellness progresses. Our sessions are supportive, empowering, structured, and goal directed.
