Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Shombee Marshall, MS, LPC. I began my journey in mental health in 2015. I graduated with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University and have been in mental health ever since. My passion is in trauma work and managing daily life stressors that tend to keep us in a cycle.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life is constantly throwing us curveballs we didn’t ask for. How we show up and respond to those challenges speaks to our inner well being. Your path to wellness will help you to discover things about yourself, your relationships, your past, work-life balance, and more.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you will gain a sense of self in understanding and identifying your triggers and how to cope with them healthily. Clients also learn about managing relationships and distress through everyday challenges. How to manage relationships and distress through everyday challenges. My goal is for you to leave with a renewed sense of self and overall for you to leave with a renewed sense of self and overall peace.
