I am a bilingual English/Spanish speaking licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified grief educator (by David Kessler) with over 19 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health clinics, medical clinics, schools, and private practice. I have provided and continue to provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment in a compassionate manner to a culturally diverse population that includes children (13+), adolescents, adults, and families.

I use an eclectic mix of skills that include CBT, motivational interviewing, and Ericksonian approaches that are tailored to each patient’s personality and situation. (I do not treat substance abuse)

It is crucial to feel comfortable with your therapist to talk openly. I try to understand the client's history, individual strengths, and personal life goals in counseling. I will assist the patient and identify what they want to achieve from counseling. If it appears that I do not have availability, please send me an appointment request using headway with your preferred appointment time.
