Specializes in

Depression

Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing chronic stress and looking for ways to navigate things from the past or things life has thrown at you? I specialize in supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, stress, and relationship difficulties. I help adults/adolescents challenge negative thinking and critical self-talk, find solutions to current problems, and recognize their strengths, positive attributes, and intrinsic motivation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Creating a safe space is vital in therapy and begins with building trust and rapport. This space is created not only by me getting to know you, but by allowing you the time to become comfortable with me, earn your trust, and feel confident in me as your clinician. I believe the client is the expert on themselves and allow them to assist in creating their treatment goals and we work to reach those goals together.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help you find peace and acceptance, feel whole, and heal from your past. Clients will leave sessions feeling lighter, empowered, and having the proper tool set to manage and cope with any stress related events. If you are experiencing any of the things above and are ready to prioritize yourself and your mental health, please reach out. I am here to support you!
