Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor(LMHC) and have over 11 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling within their lives personally, socially and emotionally. I received my degree from Webster University in 2011. Since obtaining my degree, I have worked to help individuals find their path in life through a journey of self discovery. My passion is seeing people discover their own inter-strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I focus on helping individuals feel empowered to make the necessary changes needed in order to reach their full potential. I specialize in family relationships/conflict, depression, anxiety and working through trauma. You are the captain of your ship and I am there to lend a helping hand. I offer telehealth sessions as my way of engaging clients in the counseling process.
