In cultivating a supportive and therapeutic relationship, it is my goal to help you reach your goals. I have 10+ years’ experience psychotherapist working with teens and adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, conflict resolution, work stress and more. As a therapist, my approach is collaborative, trauma informed and integrative; incorporating evidence-based approaches including (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. I utilize an integrative approach that uniquely combines a variety of therapeutic treatments based on your individual needs and goals. Modalities include, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Important to my approach is the development of a therapeutic relationship that fosters acceptance, trust and compassion; providing space to attend to your concerns and attune to your aspirations. My approach also considers relationships between larger social, cultural, and historical contexts and your emotional well-being. I offer a non-judgmental presence to help you feel relaxed and clear about the obstacles you want to overcome. Using empirical techniques adapted to your needs we will work together on practical ways to create lasting change in your life and relationships. My intention is for you to leave sessions feeling inspired to approach life from a new vantage point. I work from a client-centered and holistic approach and believe in the importance of meeting you where you’re at. Reaching out for support is a courageous and admirable step. I will accompany you on the journey towards healing and growth. Together, we will break through barriers and uncover meaningful and lasting change for a more fulfilling and authentic life.
