Great to meet you!

In my nearly 15 years of experience as a social worker and therapist, I have had the privilege of working with patients and the healthcare workers who treat them with a variety of concerns and diagnoses in their life, such as anxiety, life changes, chronic illness (e.g. diabetes, cancer, bleeding disorders, etc.), caregiver stress, reproductive concerns, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, end of life, workplace issues , self-esteem, work matters and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one of collaboration, with me being a supportive presence who provides you with a non-judgmental environment where you make the final decisions on which path you wish to embark on. In our sessions, we will work together to identify your goals for treatment and make plans to that will aid you with reaching your identified goals. Our sessions will be a safe space where you can discuss you thoughts and receive support as you work to make a changes in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I wish for my clients to have a new outlook on their circumstances and the skills to address challenges in their lives.
