You have taken the first step on an important journey of inner awareness and self-understanding. Each person's journey, just as individual life experiences and people are different. Truth be said, the process can be scary at first, frustrating, even, but always rewarding. It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone to seek help or answers to personal questions, doubts or discomforts.

Courage -especially if you are questioning your sexual orientation, gender identity, or the process of coming out. It takes strength and personal fortitude to share your personal truth with yourself, therapist, family and friends. Your personal truth can be hindered by cultural, religious and familial beliefs which amplify discomfort. I understand.
