I have been in the counseling field for 11 years. I love helping people reach their goals. I believe in looking at things from various perspectives and truly learning to enjoy life no matter the circumstances. I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelor's in exercise science. I then obtained my master's in rehabilitation counseling from Thomas University. I am here to help my clients be the best version of themselves through self-love and healing.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My goal is to help clients find purpose in life through mind-body-spirit techniques, behavioral and cognitive techniques, along with overall wellness techniques. We will explore various methods to help get through stress, trauma, grief, relational issues, etc. to help clients reach optimal health, healing, and an enjoyable balanced life.
What you can expect from our first session
In today's society, people feel pressured to choose a side or struggle with what to say. It's hard to determine where you fit in or who to trust. This is not a way to go through life. I help clients decipher what is important and refocus on what matters most. We can't change the world overnight, we can help influence and change our environment and be a positive light to those we encounter. We must embrace each day, use it to accomplish something new, & choose to see the joy in each moment.
