Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and discover new and effective ways to cope with the hardest parts of life.

I earned a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University and am a registered Licensed Professional Counselor. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.

I am formally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a strong clinical background and prior experience working with severe, chronic mental health challenges.

Today, my client focus is individual adults. My areas of specialty are PTSD, complex/relational trauma, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, recovering from burnout, grief & loss, substance use, and psychedelic harm reduction & integration. I primarily utilize EMDR, ACT, and DBT to help clients with their healing and growing process.

What you can expect from our first session

I consider the therapeutic relationship important and strive to create a compassionate environment that fosters growth and change. My goal is to help you gain the insight, knowledge, and skills you may need, and to empower you to make long-term changes to cultivate the life that you want.
