I am a Liscenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual psychotherapy throughout the state of California. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, providing emotional support through use of psychotherapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is very relational and casual. I like to interact as two humans that are simply exploring, reflecting, and evaluating our target issues in a gentle way. My "go-to" interventions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions (CBT), Mindfulness Techniques, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

What you can expect from our first session

My ultimate goal is to help you feel seen, valued, and heard. We cannot change difficult situations of the past but we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
