Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a profound commitment to providing comprehensive mental health care. My educational journey includes the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from North Carolina Central University, followed by a Master's degree from Chamberlain University. This robust foundation equips me with the capacity to employ evidence-based practices in a meticulous and comprehensive assessment of my patients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In a world where life's challenges are ever-present, having a dedicated ally can make all the difference. In my care there is a special focus on my client's issues and/or needs without judgement or bias. My diverse background ensures that I understand cultural, social, and lifestyle differences that may be impacting my clients mental health. Many clients want to build, repair, and or maintain their mental health. I assist them in creating this foundation for their personal mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is deeply rooted in a patient-centered philosophy, affording individuals the invaluable opportunity to feel genuinely heard. This approach fosters collaborative decision-making, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met.
