My name is Shani Muhammad and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Monmouth University. I graduated in 2014 from Stockton University with a Master's in Social Work. I am the founder/therapist at Journey of Rose & Mary, LLC.

My experience as a therapist is working with children, adolescents & adults lead fulfilling and productive lives.

My specialty is working along side clients to regain strength during life transitions and manage symptoms related to stress, anxiety and depression. I use an eclectic approach while including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief or Motivational Interviewing.

Typically I approach therapy from a holistic approach and consider Person in Environment Theory. I enjoy facilitating a relaxed environment that can be fun and thought provoking. I am satisfied when clients walk away from the session becoming more self aware and feeling empowered.
