The impact of the Coronavirus is touching everyone's lives in ways we would never have imagined only a few months ago. I specialize in working with teens, young professionals, and families. I understand the collective mental toll and anxiety of having to deal with this new way of life: facing the unknown, too much time with family, fear, isolation, relationships, loss, grief, and boredom. Being with the same people for days on end is not always easy. Being alone has it's own challenges. Our work will focus on navigating this new reality and finding ways to connect and make meaning of this challenging time.

We will work together to come up with practical tools and skills to manage the challenges. I use a mind-body approach to help with difficult feelings that may impact how you feel physically. I utilize mindfulness, CBT, art, positive self talk, and relaxation techniques. I work with families on improving their communication and relationships.

Therapy is helpful in working through these challenging and unprecedented times. Reach out to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation. You do not have to go through this alone.
