Substance Use / Addiction

Great to meet you!

I've been working in the substance use disorder field since 2006. Private practice has been my most rewarding experience to date. My master's degree is in Addiction Psychology, and my entire career has been focused on substance use issues and their co-occurring disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm going to listen to you and work with you on what you want, not just what I think is best. At the same time, I'll be very honest and open, and provide you with as many options as possible.

What you can expect from our first session

My first goal is to make sure your time spent in counseling is well-spent and worth the effort. My second goal is to give you something to think about between sessions. I think most of my clients come away feeling challenged, respected and heard.
