Great to meet you!

Connection and deeply understanding people, well beyond the surface, has always been my passion. As your therapist, it is my goal to help you deeply understand yourself and reconnect to the parts of you that may currently be lost. My specialties include anxiety, perfectionism, lack of self-trust, spirituality, body image, identity confusion, and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a unique and tailored approach with each person, often with an emphasis on inner child work, somatic therapy, and CBT. Inner child work helps you understand the root of your challenges, how to reparent yourself, and how to experience more self-love. Through somatics, you learn how to reconnect to your body in order to feel and release the emotions and trauma it stores. Lastly, CBT is a more solution focused approach meant to reprogram the patterns that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that there is no such thing as a bad feeling or a bad thought. These feelings and thoughts all serve a purpose, and when pushed away, we miss out on the wisdom they hold. I want to help guide you in reconnecting to your natural intuition that is trying to be heard through these thoughts, feelings and related behavioral patterns. This process is meant to increases a sense of self-trust, authenticity, wholeness, and joy.
