Treatment progress through EMDR and Cognitive(talk) therapy is made collaboratively. In sessions we work together on increasing self awareness or Mindfulness (thoughts, emotions, behavior responses) and developing more effective coping skills as the groundwork for processing of traumas/grief and improving interpersonal relationships. It's never too late!

Helping those I serve (all genders, ages from late teens to those over 65 and those from a variety of walks of life) for the past 20+ years to find peace in our chaotic world is important to me.
