Great to meet you!

Hello, My name is Sarah, and I specialize in work with adolescents and young adults, particularly those struggling with anxiety and depression related to the multiple transitions associated with entering adulthood. I hold a bachelors degree in Sociology and masters degree in Clinical Social Science and Social Work. I have worked as a therapist for 15 years in a variety of settings, including Outpatient Therapy, Intensive in home therapy and as a school counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I employ a person centered and solution focused approach to therapy. I find it important to focus on strategies that address the problems affecting people presently as helping clients to reframe and revise thought patterns so they are able to create healthy growth in areas such as school, employment and relationships in the future.

What you can expect from our first session

I am hopeful that client workings with me will develop helpful strategies and new perspectives which will lead to a healthy, happy and productive life.
