Great to meet you!

I'm an LCSW specializing in adult ADHD. I work with my clients to build upon their unique strengths and identify practical solutions to the day to day challenges of living with ADHD. My goal is to empower my clients to grow in their understanding of how their unique brain works so they can work with it and not against it. I also help my clients shed the cycles of guilt, shame, and not being good enough so they can thrive with ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I make it a priority to look at what is going well in your life and build upon that in addition to problem solving areas in your life that are not going so well so we can find solutions together.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect a supportive environment where they feel heard and understood. I provide a personalized approach to therapy that aligns with their unique goals, values, and preferences. I also provide concrete skills and practical strategies that my clients can implement right away.
