I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013 with a master's in mental health counseling. I have experienced a variety of populations and therapeutic interventions such as substance abuse treatment, correctional institutions, and private practice care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize approaches such as CBT, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Mindfulness to treat mental health and substance abuse disorders, with emphasis on PTSD treatment through bilateral stimulation.I meet my client where they're at so that they can heal and be heard.
