You don't have to be so stressed. I am a master's level, licensed counselor with 17+ years of experience in private practice and other settings. I will complete an initial assessment with you, suggest a treatment plan based on that, and walk you through a therapeutic process so you're not alone. I work most often with first responders, and with people who have trauma in their lives (occupational and personal). However, I enjoy working with people who want help, period.

I approach therapy with my excavation hat on. I will ask a lot of questions so that I can get to know you and your concerns. We will make a treatment plan and do the work together so that you feel relief, helped, and resolution. Life doesn't get easier, but you can become wiser.
