The greatest challenges we face in life can sometimes be difficult to manage. My goal is to help individuals, families, and couples embrace life’s transitions/changes, overcome obstacles, and develop new ways to cope. I view therapy as a safe space to explore negative feelings that creep in over time and the opportunity to speak your mind without prejudice or judgement. This allows the room for guidance, personal growth, the space to heal, and the ability to improve emotional well-being. I work through a person-centered and healing perspective.

With over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, couples, and families, I offer an objective and understanding approach dealing with self-care.
Although my practice specializes in adolescents and prenatal mental health, I also have experience working with individuals that are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-doubt and more.
